The Artist’s Table at The Watermill Center was an evening built around sharing a meal, ideas, and time together. Hosted in collaboration with artist Jamie Diamond and East Hampton Kitchen, the gathering brought people to the table to connect through food and conversation in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
The menu, created by East Hampton Kitchen, focused on seasonal ingredients and dishes meant to be shared. Food became the starting point for conversation, making space for stories, reflections, and thoughtful exchanges among guests. Jamie Diamond guided the evening with an openness that encouraged listening, curiosity, and connection.
Set within The Watermill Center, the experience reflected the spirit of the space — creative, communal, and grounded. The table served as a place to slow down, engage with one another, and appreciate the simple act of coming together around food.
