Lunch At The Artist’s Table

The Artist’s Table at The Watermill Center was an evening built around sharing a meal, ideas, and time together. Hosted in collaboration with artist Jamie Diamond and East Hampton Kitchen, the gathering brought people to the table to connect through food and conversation in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

The menu, created by East Hampton Kitchen, focused on seasonal ingredients and dishes meant to be shared. Food became the starting point for conversation, making space for stories, reflections, and thoughtful exchanges among guests. Jamie Diamond guided the evening with an openness that encouraged listening, curiosity, and connection.

Set within The Watermill Center, the experience reflected the spirit of the space — creative, communal, and grounded. The table served as a place to slow down, engage with one another, and appreciate the simple act of coming together around food.

As 2026 starts, we’re taking a moment to look back at a 2025 filled with sound, ideas, and shared experiences at the Pollock-Krasner House. Throughout the year, the house became a space for listening, gathering, and exploring new ways of engaging with sound and art.

From live performances and sound installations to talks and moments of quiet exchange, 2025 was shaped by the artists, collaborators, and visitors who brought their energy and curiosity into the space. Each event added another layer to the ongoing conversation between the house, its history, and the present.

This video brings together highlights from the year — glimpses of what unfolded, the people who made it possible, and the atmosphere that defined each gathering. It’s a way to reflect on what we shared and to thank everyone who was part of it.

In 2025, we worked closely with Amber Waves Farm to launch the Farmcast, creating space for conversations rooted in the everyday life of the farm. Alongside these conversations, we also had the chance to document the many ways Amber Waves connects food, land, and community.

Our Farm To Soup Program, highlights a collaboration between Amber Waves Farm and Springs Food Pantry, showing how food grown at the farm becomes nourishment for the community. The program reflects the care, collaboration, and intention behind the work, and the shared commitment to making fresh, local food accessible.

Throughout the year, we documented a wide range of moments with Amber Waves Farm — from recording Farmcast conversations to capturing programs, events, and daily work on the farm. The photo gallery below offers a glimpse into everything we worked on together in 2025, highlighting the people, places, and partnerships that shaped the year.

We’re grateful to Amber Waves Farm for the collaboration and trust, and we’re excited to continue telling these stories and building on the Farmcast in the year ahead.

Springs Food Pantry: Serving Our Community

It All Begins Here

Springs Food Pantry has been a vital part of the East Hampton community for more than three decades, offering food and support to neighbors in need. What began in 1992 with local members of the Springs Presbyterian Church helping fishing and farming families through tough winters has grown into a trusted, all-volunteer organization serving families year-round.

At its core, the Pantry’s mission is simple but powerful: to provide supplemental food to families in the Springs area who are facing hardship. Every Wednesday, volunteers distribute fresh produce, dairy, eggs, meat, and pantry staples based on family size — all at no cost to recipients.

In 2025, Springs Food Pantry continued to meet a real need in the community. With rising food costs and financial pressure on many households, the Pantry served hundreds of families, offering not just nourishment but dignity and support during challenging times.

The Pantry also collaborates with local farms and organizations to bring fresh, healthy food to the table. Partners like Amber Waves Farm, Balsam Farms, Quail Hill Farms, and Share the Harvest Farm help ensure that recipients have access to locally grown produce — making each visit to the Pantry not just about getting food, but about connecting with the community around them.

Behind every distribution are dozens of volunteers who give their time and care to keep the Pantry running smoothly. It’s a true community effort: neighbors helping neighbors, week after week, with compassion and generosity.

Springs Food Pantry’s work in 2025 is a reminder that even in an area known for its beauty and affluence, many families struggle to put food on the table. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers, partners, and donors, the Pantry continues to be a place of support, nourishment, and community.
